For window cleaning prices, we count per pane but not per side. So each pane of glass, including the interior and exterior side, is counted as a window.
For example, a picture window, crank-out, casement or glass door is counted as one window. Side-by-sides and double-hung windows are counted as two (one pane on top and bottom/one pane on left and right). Double-hung combinations (storm windows) are classified separate, and are priced at $25 per set for complete dissambly, cleaning, and reassembly.
Still unsure? Send us a picture and we'll be more than happy to clarify and give you a custom quote over the phone or in person.
The size of the home largely determines the length of the job, but here is a genral guidline. Window cleaning at an average sized home takes our residential crews between 1 to 2 hours. Gutter cleaning usually takes about an hour. Roof cleaning and pressure washing take between one to three hours depending on the scope of the job.
Yes, we love to make minor repairs and install guards after your gutter cleaning is complete. However, some repairs may require a separate crew to handle properly at a different time, which we will always let you know about and discuss later.
Absolutely. After you book a window cleaning or gutter cleaning appointment, we send an email with all your details and notify you when we are on the way.
We always perform gutter cleaning by hand to ensure no damage is done as can happen when using poles from the ground for gutter cleaning. We also rinse the gutters after cleaning, followed by an inspection for leaks and pitch issues.
